hey
![]() after my previous amplifier i want to make new one, with more power and with more sound quality. as you see in my previous amplifier i didnt use any PCB and that was discovered as a big mistake because not all the time the boards were OK and it take a lot of time to constuct them. now i am going to a PCB method or anything similar with the IRS2092. my goal for now is to make full-range amp with as much wats as i can get from ~80+- supply. i use the excacly scheme from the datasheet: http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i1...Untitled-3.jpg and here is the PCB http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i1.../Untitled1.jpg (this is without inducator because i didnt find any right footprint .. and also with thick coper,i dont know how to change) i am probably doing something wrong.. there is some compoments need to be specialy close? and there is any other cheap PCB out there for this chip? in batchPCB my PCB cost around ~25 $ and with the inducator probably more.. this PCB can be cheaper? http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/attac...7&d=1251741489 thanks

That board layout is not good, as APP note of IRS2092 telling us we must have copper on top, and three poligons, one is floating input, secound ground and third one bus of supply if I'm write.....so 2 layer board is necessary, and as there is little components you can make it by you're won, it won't be expencive.
