Class D Amplifier

Hello All

I'm developing a class D amplifier of 3000Wrms at 1 ohm, with fixed oscillator 250Khz and Comparative LM361 and IR2113 gate drive, now do the time with a dead resisitor of 100R with anti parallel diode 1n4148 and a capacitor of 470pF'm using 4 IRFP4227 , which is the Dead Time and correct filter output correct? need a flat response up to 20kHz.
resistor of the gate is 10 Ohms

Dead time will depend on how good PCB in designd, components used,... You will need to first find out how bit or small your dead time will need to be
