how many MOSFET can I connect to IRS20124

hi. I decided to build an auto amplifier.From datasheet result max load on LO and HO is 1A. I want to use 6 x IRFB4227PBF (3/rail). Somebody can tell me if IRS20124 can drive this transistors.

At which frequency?

At 300Khz certainly not without buffers...

I'm not sure that this kind of buffer it work. I need a separated power suply for the buffer transistors. Now correct my mistakes

Yes, this buffer style works. Zetex produces suitable bipolar transistors.

Using one buffer for each IRFB4227 will allow high switching frequencies.

Why do you think that you need IRFB4227 triplets instead of pairs or singles?

well.. I want to use it into 1ohm load and I'm not sure that the 20124 can support the current necesary for the mosfets

Have you designed more class D amplifiers? Yours is a quite ambitious project.

Hi, mix!

it was mine 1st d class project, it would be better to replace 20124 for something new, shematic also far from state of art
