Small Power D class MOSFET Amplifier Needed!!

I'm looking for MONO small power (5-25W) D class amplifier on MOSFET transistors (schematic, board, etc.)! I want to use it in my Final Thesis! That made be a laboratory device for research.

Well I tried two days ago to get such a low power thing from NXP without suscess. They only sell it in quantities of 1000pcs. and above some distributors told me.

The TPA3122 from TI is very simple to connect up. Although it's a two-channel chip, connecting both together to give a bridged single output is trivial, and the circuits are shown in the data sheet. Distortion isn't wonderful, but probably adequate for your purpose.

It's even in a simple DIL chip, so soldering it to a board isn't exactly anti-gravity science!
