Class D - 30w-50w modules - anyone know where to get em?

Hi - wondering if anyone might have a lead on prebuilt 30w-50w class D modules?
I've talked to Hypex - they're modules are a little too big for what I'm after.



Working on a production sample of a mp3 docking speaker - my supplier in China who I thought was going to be able to provide is proving to be too problematic.

Any ideas, thoughts would be great.

The TDA8920 or TDA8924 can fit your requirements, although they have higher rated power than your needs. if the size is a concern, can use smaller capacitors, to be less tall. all o them are fully assembled and tested.

on request, i can make custom made boards, which will meet you space, size, power requirements, if you need more than few pcs.

Might not be what he's looking for.

41hz.com sells kits, not prebuilt amplifiers. And since I'm guessing it's for commercial use, I think basing a new amplifier on a chip and company that has been out of production and existance for several years is not a viable option.

Although the few remaining chips from Tripath are great for us DIY'ers, a commercial company might be and should be hesistant to base their design on that.
