I have a couple of T-amps , and one exhibits a problem that from time to time it loses one channel. however if I turn it on and off at the supply , the channel comes back. I guess it could be the 3.5mm socket, but it seems to be OK, in that when the amp is working, twisting the signal plug makes no difference i.e don't lose the channel.
Anyone come across this ? I'd like to fix it

have audiosource amp seven t with similar issue...
Mine was purchased for $125 and has an issue on startup occasionally.
Left channel does not work til preamp vol gets turned up a bit.
There's a relay board behind speaker terminals that I believe to be the culprit, but I am not sure of that yet as the only problem. Main board has traces slashed everywhere.
Sometimes wrapping on the top of the amp makes it work, sometimes not.
I read of somebody deleting that wretched relay board but can not find specifics on that now.
