hellooooooo homies
Im trying to calculate switch +gate charge losses in my MOSFET, this is done with divine guidance from IRF Class D tutorial. Fpwm: 400k Pgd = 2⋅Qg ⋅Vgs ⋅ Fpwm Psw = Coss⋅ Vbus^2 ⋅ Fpwm+ Id ⋅ Vds ⋅ tf ⋅ Fpwm Using the FDP3652 and taking into account its the first time im trying this, can anyone verify that: Pgd is 0.328W and Psw is ?? |
