Hi freq class D amp design ideas

Hello,

I have been tasked with desiging a class D amplifier for my senior project before I graduate that is capable of going from 50Hz - 50Khz. I have encountered the difficulty of not finding a text that would aid me in the design process.
Can anyone on here recommend any resource that would aid me in designing and where I could possibly get schematics that I could review from. Thanks.

What is the desired output power and load impedance? There are already class d audio amplifiers out there capable of doing this. Is this going to be an amplifier for an ultrasonic application?
