I've been looking on the internet for awhile now and I can not find a store that has the right mosfets I need for my class d amplifiers. I'm repairing a Visonik V4000XD, a MA Audio hk4000D and a MDX-2641D.
Where is the best last to find class d mosfets ? |

You have posted in the wrong section of the forum, and you are not mentioning any part numbers at all, so it's really difficult to help you.
Do you know how to figure out the real part numbers? Some letters or numbers are usually missing in transistor markings. Have you tried Digikey?

Sorry about posting in the wrong section, I'm new to this site as of yesterday.
The mosfets from the MDX amp has numbers that look like this bleow and a total of 4 diffrent transistors. Thrers a weird symbol in the part numbers on two of the mosfets. I left a blank spot in the part numbers where the symbol would be on the last two. 610 MUR1620CTA PEC610 UF1602CT FB31N20D 1 R617P LR LK FB31N20D 1 R617P LR L6 |

The first two are rectifier diodes, the second two are the same and are mosfets.
MUR1620CT easy to find UF1602CT are you sure it's not MUR16202CT again? FB31N20D if you can't find it from recommendations on here you can go to manufacturers websites and do equivalent checks.
