IRF31N20D Equivalent or Upgrade?

Hi,

What would be a suitable drop in IRF31N20D equivalent or upgrade?

For Car Audio Class D amplifier repairs would I be able to for instance replace all the IRF31N20D Hexfets with say the IRFB4227 with out major adverse effects?

IRF31N20D Is rated N / 200V / 31A / 200W / 0.082 Ohms
IRFB4227 is rated N / 200V / 65A / 330W / 0.024 Ohms

What are any other major considerations / limitations / recommendations?

IRFB4227 has different capacitances and a much faster body diode, but in general it's a good switching MOSFET and it could be a good replacement.

What would be the likely impact of the differing capcitances and faster diode if I dropped this into an existing amp design?

Obviously I would replace all of the transistors - not just faulty ones.

And another very common MOSFET I am frequently replacing in Car audio Amps is the IRFZ44N

IRFZ44N is rated N / 55V / 41A / 83W / 0.024 Ohms

Any thoughts on upgrading that too? thanks.
