Exclamation Class D amplifier with common components

Good morning! I've seen in class D amplifiers that eh repaired some are based ICs ordinary as OpAmps and TTLS, someone will have some drawing of this type of amplifiers with these characteristics, because in my country is very difficult to obtain components such as IR2110 or other type of controller of that type. I hope you can help me, greetings ...

The problem is the level shifter for driving the upper Mosfet.

If you don't have access to IC Mosfet drivers, you could try a discrete solution: my 1st ever D-amp, WORKING!!!

some other solution here:
Cheap simple class D amp circuit to build.

Be sure that 15v is 15v above 56v, not 0v
And how are you planing to open upper fet?
And I clearly see that the one that made this drawing doesn't know, he doesn't need to use 0.22 resistors, LOL

IMMO, the state-of-art is here:

My DIY UCD (self oscillating UcD-style full discrete amp)

As you could see, you need a floating power supply for the upper mosfet.
