IRS2092 Amplifier

Let me start new thread on this great IC...

I just received 5 samples of this IC....
Did anybody built amplifier with IRS2092?
Is reference design correct?Can it be used to build one or is there modified amplifier out there?

Wonder if they made it just to sell their power MOSFETs?

Hello from Japan, I am gathering parts to build 100W
output Class-D with IRS2092. I have obatained total
13 articles/schematics regarding to IRS2092 Class-D.

IR is trying to break into a tough market. It is a logical extension of the company 'purpose' which is all things 'power'.
I believe even Carver used IR HexFets or IGBTs in his Sunfire series.

Hello MagFan, Thanks for your reply.

I carefully compared MOS FET's for my IRS2092 amp.
As the result, I selected Infenion's IPP50CN10N by the
switching speed point of view.

Now I am starting chassis craft as well as circuit schematic.
I will post my status of amp building, timely.

I was just doing a broad "class-d" search on e*ay and came across this IRS2092 amplifier module. Kind of pricey, but it's stereo at least.

with IR2092, can guaranteed class D PA with high specifications ?( example S/N >100dB.. i try to design and finish my class D PA but i couldn't reach specification with high S/N..
