I like your big heat sink that is mounted on top of the ICs. Where did you get it from ? Do you know who manufactures it ?

Speaking of heatsinks, I recently came across this little known Italian manufacturer which carries a bewildering selection of heatsink profiles.
Reading their catalog felt like being in a candy shop
Can't post it here (it's 21MB) but here's the link: www.omar-alluminio.it/EstrattoDissipatori.pdf

Enjoy!

Default Internal osc or external osc better for TDA8950

come across external osc drive tda8950,375k osc frequency 5v level at pin7, sound good than 30k resister at pin7, still no reason. but sound more clear, high frequency area have good details.

Some friends ask for 21.mode connector, it is easier, connect input wire as one input each chip.

we have paste qucik reference here, pls check.

no problems, but output power isn't double than 8ohm loader,we can adjust the main dc voltage when manufacture.

Thanks!

In the datasheet, each of the two inputs into the chip has a positive input and a negative input (IN1P pin 9, IN1M pin 8). Can you simply connect your analogue signal to IN1P and connect audio ground to IN1M? or do you need some kind of driver in between the source and this chip?
