How to use IR2113

I read the data sheet and I found that there are two input point.
I don't understand how to put my input signal in and which pins I should connect.

I cannot thank you more if anyone can give me some guides about this IC.

Here is a sample of how IR211x can be used, note that im not a pro and will prolly get nagged at by some.
