Output filter

Has anybody experimented with the output filter in class D?

I mean the quality of the components...better coils and capacitors, like in the Tact Millenium.

I have an ICEpower amp and I am wondering about the potential for upgrading.

Could there be some stability problems regarding physically placement of the filter? I am thinking of possible feedback before and after filter....also could new and larger coils give problems with noise pick-up or radiation?

In short...is it worth the try?

There are tons of threads and posts on this subject.
But most of them are buried in threads by other names.

The quality of the inductors seems to make a big difference. There has been a lot written about it here.
