Would it be possible to use the Tripath TC2001 as a front end for the TI TAS5261? Would anyone be interested in this if it is possible?
Here is a link to download the TC2001 datasheet.... http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=...37854465448443

OK, I've been trying to read and learn as much as I can about these two ICs.
The first obvious problem is that the TA5261 only accepts PWM signals from 192kHz to 384kHz. The TC2001 operates from 600kHz to 1.5MHz. This is a quote from a Tripath datasheet for Cfb..... "Feedback delay capacitor that both lowers the idle switching frequency and filters high frequency noise from the feedback signal, which improves amplifier performance. The value of CFB should be offset between channel 1 and channel 2 so that the idle switching difference is greater than 40kHz." Would it be possible to change the value of Cfb to lower the PWM signal into a range the TA5261 can use? I can't find any info on how much Cfb is able to be adjusted. I know there are much better options for the TC2001, like a mosfet driver and mosfets, but being able to use the TA5261 would simplify things.
