i burned the foot on PCB.
Hi Robertor,
It's not exactly clear what damage you did to the board, but "burned the foot" sounds like you may have destroyed the pad on the circuit board where the capacitor connects.
If so, all is probably not lost. All of those circuit board traces go somewhere, so you should be able to follow it to an undamaged area and with a sharp knife or scalpel, carefully scrape away the coating to reveal bare copper. Use a very thin wire (I usually take apart a piece of stranded wire and use one of the strands) to connect whatever needs connecting.
I will say that when working with these small surface-mount boards, it is very important to have a strong magnifier, good lighting and a very sharp, pointed soldering iron. Flux in a pen is helpful also, and it is much easier with the old lead/tin solder. ROHS silver solder is misery for this kind of hand work.
Keep working on it. It's amazing the kind of horrible messes you can fix!
