Hello from Japan. This is my first post here, Class-D topics.
I am planning to build 100W Class-D using IRS2092 where I need suggestions for the following. Which MOSFET is better between IRFB4019 and IPP50CN10N? I want to apply deeper NFB than the referenced design. Amp gain in the Ref.Design = 23dB I want 15dB of Amp gain. Therefore NFB value must be 8dB deeper than the Ref.design. Is there any suggestion on this ? |

Use IRFB4212, 4019 depending on your rail voltages.
4212 is 100v, 4019 is 150v For even higher current capability use Fairchild FDP42an15A0, we use this and it works very well. Steve Mantz Zed Audio Corp., CA USA |

I will investigate the datasheet of Fairchild FDP42an15A0 to compare candidates. I will use non-regulated +/- 50V supply with 20,000uF Alminum Capacitor. As for the coil of LPF, I got a pair of 22uH, 84A rated one as shown in the attached photo. |

For supply or amp? Switching or linear(probably linear)?
