I find a service manual with a 1000W D-Amp, working with
the IR2111. http://manuals.harman.com/JBL/HOM/Se...Array%20sm.pdf 1. Unfortunatly I can't read the PDF and I find only the pcb and a symbol for the IR2111. I can't find the circuit. 2. Has anybody a spice model for the IR2111 or the older IR2105?

As the error message in Acrobat Reader explains, you have to download and install the Traditional Chinese package in order to read these schematics.
Now figure out where are those new JBL designs coming from ![]() ![]() JBL is almost dead.Anyway, I will tell you that it's not worth the effort at all. You won't learn anything useful from these schematics, the whole design is pure junk, it looks a lot like amateur work. IR2111 is not suitable at all for class D, it has 700ns dead time!! But then again, they use TL07x as comparators ![]() ![]() ![]() High distortion and por reliability guaranteed! (by JBL)

Thankjs for the answers, specially Eva.
I found a thread on DIYaudio with another circuit from JBL and understand your opinion. But I have a non-audio project with the 2111 and I had to make some experiments. I asked IRF for Spice and get this answer, maybe interesting for other people: For functional simulation may be you can use following Spice models: http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2101.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2102.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2103.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2104.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2106.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2110.zip http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/ir2112.zip p.s. >Traditional Chinese package I try it with foxitreader, but it dont' work. >cancel for those language don't work with me
