preamplifier and sure electronics

hi, sorry in advance for my bad english.

i ask for the preamp i need to connect my turntable, tuner, and cd player to sure electronics.
i looking for the following:

and

i don't know if i need the both or only that the first link.

Search E-Bay for Phono Amp....They have 2 Input Phono Amp Preamps
for $50US...
