Need AMP8 assembly instructions

I got my AMP8 kit but I don't see any sort of guide putting it together. Just components/PCB. Emailed 41Hz on Sunday, no response. Can anyone help me out?

Note: I dunno what kind of instructions came with it, but even just a component list (R1=1.0kOhm, etc) would be fine I think.

The instructions for 41HZ products can be downloaded from their site. You will have to log in via the support webpage. As a purchaser you will be able to download the instructions.
