What is SI T-Amp  DF (damping factor)?
If you have one, why you don't measure it ? It shouldn't be too hard. You only need signal generator (PC), resistor, and voltmeter (oscilloscope). With voltmeter measurement won't be as accurate as with oscilloscope, but will give good enough estimation of DF.
