Just got my sonic impact T-amp gen2 and it has a problem.
The left channel has sound increasing from start to 11 o'clock position and then the sound barely increase after that. The right channel has no sound until 11 o'clock position and then increases after that. So basically I have to turn the volume knob to the 3 or 4 o'clock position to have balanced sound from the two channel. Do you think this problem I can fix by myself ? I hate the warranty hassle. Thanks |

If this a brand new T-amp, get it replaced. The volume pot on these amps is not great, but you probably aren't going to hear the best performance out the amp by cranking the knob to 3 or 4 o'clock.
