Default hypex ucd 700 low impedance handle?

is it truth that the hypex modules don`t handle well loads under 4 ohms?

Of course it handle low impedance.

UcD is one of the only Class-D who has rule flat frequency response in any normal load, even in 1 ohm.....

Check our website for the measurements.

thanks for the reply.

i read somewhere that at 2 ohms the power drops and i thought to ask.

with 1000va per channel how much power should i expect at 2 and 1 ohm?

Of course the power drops in lower impedances. maximum current is 28A piek;

+/- 700W in 4 ohm.
+/- 390W in 2 ohm.
+/- 190W in 1 ohm.

Even with 1 ohm load the frequency response is ruler flat....

When driven to its max wattage for the load, does intermediately shutdown or handle the situation in some graceful way?

good news.

i measured my speakers and the minimum is 3 ohms.

so the 700`s are more than enough.
