UCD "dc" & "on"

I'm waiting for my UCD400 modules to arrive and in the meantime I searched a little about DC and ON circuits. Since I didn't found what I'm looking for I was thinking about this. It will be nice to hear comments about

Jesi li siguran da ovo radi ? Nesto oko Q2 i Q3 mi deluje "sumnjivo" ( mozda negde fali masa ) ? Q3 bi trebao da ima otpornik u kolektoru ( isto kao i Q2 ).
Koja je uloga onih zener dioda ? Sa njima zastita reaguje pri dosta visokom DC naponu. A sta ako dodje 15-ak volti DC ? Zastita tada nece reagovati.

Lakse je na Srpskom ali smo "izbacili" sve ostale iz teme. Let's switch to English

If I can trust in simulation, this circuit works. Dc threshold is arround 4V and zener are keeping base voltage so every voltage above 4v works like relay switch. I don't see any problem about transistors...Maybe I'm wrong, that's why I'm asking about comment.

Those zeners are 2.3V ?
Q2 emitter ( and Q3 base ) should go to gnd.

Zeners are 2.7V. Yes, I made a drawing mistake at Q3 base. Corrected... What about "on" circuit? I'm not sure what UCD module "expects" to be a trigger

+5V?
