Couldent find ones with Z suffix, only regular ones.

The Z's have a reverse recovery charge of 41nC and a reverse recovery time of 33ns while the others have 115nC and 505ns. Quite a bit different in those specs. The total gate charge is similar though.

Yes, but the IRFP450's voltage rating is 5 times higher.

Indeed they are better than IRFP450 for 100W class D, anything is better actually. IRFP450 is an obsolete technology part with quite poor performance, and the 5 times higher voltage rating also degrades performance considerably.

You should learn to understand datasheets and make your own choices...
