I would like to hack the Panasonic SA-XR55 receiver by grabbing the serial data between the Yamaha decoder and the TAS5076 PWM processor. The Yamaha YSS944 is on a small board that sits on standoffs and connects to the PWM board with a 26 pin connector. My intent is to grab the four pairs of decoded serial data modify what is sent to the PWM processor. This would let me remap the channels so I can get 5.1 with a powered sub or use a TAS3108 or DSP to implement a digital crossover.
Any help identifying this board to board connector would be a great help. |
