For PWM generation there are multiple possibilities out in the forum. Stroll around, find your taste and experiment without or with low voltage power stage first.
If you feel that this is to much work, search and copy a bullet prof design with similar drivers and then scale up.

But your proposal for the output transformer is also not a simple solution. The transformer will also see the low frequency component, which is hidden in the PWM. So the size of such an output transformer will be similar to what we know from tube transformers. For 100W this is already some heavy piece...
