Default Usb/line-in Digital Amplifier

It's a interesting toy - USB/LINE-IN Dual Input Digital Amplfier.
The amplfier could accept USB input from PC and drive the loudspeaker directly.
Although the output power is only 1 watt, but it's enough for multimedia system.According to the information offered by design house,it's all digital design and without feedback.

I use the toy to drive tiny size loudspeaker and found the sound is very close SE tube amp, interesting!

Very interesting.
Who makes it and what chip(s) does it use?
