I'm posting this here because while the question is not a purely Class D related question, the part of it that I'm concerned about most is the Class D part. Mods, feel free to move it if you think it's the wrong section...
I was designing a 6 channel LM4780 (bridged) amp, but I saw some UcD180s for sale in the Trading Post here so I bought a couple, and I want to add those to my design to make an 8 channel amp. I'd like to keep everything in the same chassis if possible. I've made a diagram of my potential layout in Paint. It's not pretty, but everything is more or less to scale. What I'm concerned about is interference concerning the UcDs here. Will it be a problem in this layout? Other suggestions are welcome as well. P.S. I plan for each transformer to run 1 UcD and 3 LM4780s to keep things equal. |
