I'm building some of the snubberized CFM chipamp boards.
a week or 2 ago I found some of the nice 'fat' pany TSUP 10k uF caps and life was good. I like how they fit and look on that board. now, everyone seems out of stock ;( can I sub 35v parts instead of the 50v ones? I'm using either an 18v trafo (right now) or maybe 22v one. if I do use the 18v trafo, the 35v caps should easily be inside 18*1.414= 25v (right?)

Sounds OK to me.
So long as you leave a little headroom for offload transformer regulation.
