Default Possible cause

Having done a forensic analysis on the remains, I think a little bit of swarf shorted the grounded heatsink to the tab on the LM3875, ( which is connected to -V), but it's fairly hard to tell

Does it sound good or a little bit hazy? I bet it lacks definition.
I thought that this kind of things never happened to moderators

Yeah, definition definately went, and the stereo image became a little one sided.

There was also a distinct lack of bass, and thinking about it, the treble and mids were a little recessed as well
