OK, you know what, now that I look at my boards I see a 2W 2.2meg ohm resistor across the capacitor leads, which has to be a bleeder. I got my kit about a week ago, didn't even occur to me what those were for.

Capacitor Bleeder Calculator Spreadsheet HERE

Size your bleeder resistors properly if you want to. I looked this up for a friend to show him my spreadsheet with all the maths done for you... and your post came up. I hope this may help anyone who has the same question (I did).
