I am not an expert but I don't think this will work due to the way the feedback is wired, but I'm willing to accept that I may be wrong.

That's basically an inverted design with the chip mounted wrong.

I don't think it will work.

What should then be changed to have it noninverted. Maybe just without the feedback??

Put R2 between the output and the - input (pins 2 and 4). Connect R1 between the + input and ground; connect the right side of C1 to the + input. The gain will be 1 + R2/R3 = 21

I did that! Thanks! Just made a pcb. I have just one more question: how does reflect an inverted input on output in audio way. I know that signal is inverted but how is than amp like this heard. Maybe a stupid question but I really don't know this.

if you made this amp today then you are telling us lies about how good it sounds and that it works!!!

A chip amp arranged for inverted mode but with swapped inverting and non-inverting input pins will not work as an amplifier. It cannot sound good. It cannot work !
