this is an LM4702 driver board -- a prototype -- the bypass caps are probably better off on the bottom of the board, rather than trying to fit them on top to get the leg distance (from Vcc and Vee to ground) to a minimum.
the LM4702 is a pretty finicky chip to work with -- you probably won't be happy with a minimalist approach which leaves out bypass capacitors, and it really likes to be heat-sinked.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
