bugle phono troubleshooting

I just finished my bugle a few days a go. It worked fine for a day but now only one channel is working.

Is it possible that I broke the amp by wiring cables the wrong way? (I had one cable which had ground in hot and hot in ground) I think the ics cant be broken because I can hear one channel. If the capacitors are broken how can I check them?

Since it's dual opamps one channel my be broken. Did it work before or after the wrong connecton of cables?

It didn't work after, I thought first that only the wire was wrong (which it was) but then I tried with another cord afterwards and didn't work anymore.

It's most likely that one or more opamps are broken.

If useing sockets, check for contact with mulimeter......

Next check for contninuity of input, and poer rails to make sure signal and power gets all the way
