cheap LM3886 amps for aussie

Those who wants to save some money can do it this way:

1. Buy LM3886 from this site:

I am buying from one of the outlet in Melb. cost per unit is AUD$4.90.

2. Buy panasonic capacitor from RS components see this site:

http://www.rsaustralia.com/cgi-bin/b...eID=aunetscape

Also can get rectifier from them.

3. Buy Beyslag resistor, site to advised.

4. Hardwired only a few components, if you don't want then buy PCB from Chipamp website.

there you go saves heaps...

Perhaps it might be helpful to let OZ members know which of the
30 plus sites on the Nat Semi webpage you mention for Australia are so generous as to sell Lm3886s at just AUD$4.90 instead of the more common S15-16+ per unit price. What are the minimums you are buying? Steve at Apex Jr is selling them for US$3.95 each in L.A. and that seems a good price. Are you sure you have not been misquoted by a sales rep here in OZ!

Call Avnet today they quoted me this price for 6 units @ $4.90 each. AVnet is a distributor of National SC hence cheaper than RS Comp or anybody else. I am placing my order tommorrow.

I am in Melb. Try them. Advise me if they have misquoted.

for $7.50 or with more quantity in the larger envelope
for 12.50 and have it there in 3 to 5 days..

Just for giggles I visited the National Semi Site (They sent me an e-mail) & the new wholesale price on LM3886TF is $3.00.
WHOOO we are going to be experimenting now!!!!
No offense Steve (Apex Jr.), your service is well worth it. & maybe now you can get better deals yourself.

At this time no LM 1875's in stock..

Funny this post will be revived, I just bought some
more LM 3886t"s since I was running low and am
going to reduse prices..

They are now $ 3.75ea and $65.00 for a tube of 20

This is the best I can do at this time...
