Default How many amperes for a parallelled lm4780

Hi! I just bought a big toroid with multiple secondaries, two of them are labeled 24 VAC and 4,9 amperes. Now Im wondering if that is sufficent to drive two lm4780 chips, both in parallelled configuration?
Thanks!

Ok, sorry for posting so fast... I've been doing some research and found that for a 8 ohm load it would be ok but for a 4 ohm load it might be difficult, is that right?

Hi,
some quick numbers.
VA=(24+24)*4.9=235VA
maximum output power~=VA/1.5=235/1.5=156W.

This transformer will support 150W or 75W+75W or 50W+50W+50W of good quality power if the PSU is scaled accordingly.
