What's the lowest value pot impedance one can safely use with a LM3875 if one eliminates the series input resistor (R1)? Would 20K be marginal?
Other values: R3 = 680R RNFB = 22K R2 = 22K |

You can use 200ohms as far as the chip is concerned.

you idealy would not do that with an inverted amp, as you would be adjusting the gain...
