Anyone know of anyone selling kits (prefab PCB's, ready to hook) around DRV134/5 balance line drivers?
I googled this up but not in a language I can get... www.diyzone.net K-Thanks! |

You dont really need a kit for this one the DRV134 is very easy to use

I've used the DRV134 to drive an input transformer at the other end of the cable. The results are EXCELLENT.
We need a PCB layout thats cheap to fab. I'd recommend sockets for two DRV134s so a single board can do two stereo channels. I'd also remove the "option" for 300 ohm resistors and follow the mfg recommendations for an "optional" 10uF tant between signal drive and signal sense. Further, no regulator onboard is necessary. Leave the regulator parts choice to the end user who likely is going to have either a cheapo 7815/7915 scheme, or, a properly implemented LM317/337 scheme or an over-the-top buried zener reference with low noise op-amp servo scheme... -- Jim |

I'd actually like a set: DRV134 and DRV135.
Myself I'd buy 8 sets of each. Throw in the regulators and I'll get them too... I am itching for someone to take this on

Heh, I can send you the Eagle files but you'll have to do the rest yourself (including testing if it actually works) [
