I believe the caps in the sense leads should be bipolars and not tantalums.

Neat work!

I've got a single sided version as well, without XLRs, that I use for bridging amps, but unfortunately it's on my iMac, which is currently undergoing major surgery!

Just an old keyboard that had been stashed under the desk for about 6 months. I was using it 'cos I needed the proper soft power button for my "modifications".
