LM4780 insulators?

Dupont lists the thermal conductivity of this stuff as 0.37 W/m-K.

For a pad the size of a TO-264, and with 2mil thick film, this comes out to 0.275 C/W by my math. For the LM4780, this number might be half that, because of the very large surface area. Someone feel free to correct me.

I think the Aavid aluminum oxide insulators that Mouser sells are about 0.31C/W.
