I'm planning to go for x10 rather than the usual x20 or more,just wondering what the minimum usable???x5???

Supposedly anything around 10 or lower, then you're risking oscillation...whatever that means

The datasheet states the LM1875 is designed to be stable at gains of 10 or higher. Probably anything greater than around 12 will be fine in most designs. With gains less than about 12 you will have to design your board or p2p system well to prevent instability.
