I want to set up a digital controled voltage supply. I need a high voltage operational amplifier which can provide 0~100V output voltage at lease. But I can not find a op-amp like that?
Is there someone know some op-amp about that? Or know some circuit can get the same result? Thank a lot!!! |

They exsists, but the demand is limited, so difficult to find. APEX as mentioned, is wellknown to have those circuits at a somewhat higher price. My own approach, because I have the knowledge would be a custom discrete OP-Amp for your project using higher voltage transistors. Search google: "discrete op amp" "high voltage" http://www.google.se/search?q=%22dis...igh+voltage%22 regards lineup .................................................. ................................................ The circuit below is, essentially, that which appears in the Art of Electronics -- and it works -- I have used it with AD811, AD825, LT1013 etc., as the error amplifier -- it can also be configured as a negative side regulator. It uses a Voltage DAC on the input -- the potentiometer controls the gain of the loop. You will have to figure out the values of compensation capacitors for yourself since I just plugged these in to see the affect on loop response. |

Have a look at this. It talks about bootstrapping op-amps to have a larger voltage swing. |
