Default RCL question???

Is the resistor current limit is only a common resistor or a resistor with coil?

Your image is from the Burr-Brown OPA541 datasheet. The opening paragraph of the datasheet makes it quite clear:
"Internal current limit circuitry can be user-programmed with a single external resistor, protecting the amplifier and load from fault conditions."
Page 6 describes the feature in detail.

On further examination, it looks like someone has doctored an image cut from the datasheet, added the R1/C1 Zobel network and removed the 'External' caption from below RCL.

The datasheet does not refer to using a Zobel, so RCL does not include the resistance of a coil (inductor).

I would put a Zobel (whether R/C or R/L/C) *after* RCL, so that it is more closely associated with the load.
