Wiring help for an all-in-one gainclone

To all wiring guru's

I desperately need some help figuring out the wiring on this project.
The project consists of a single chassis which will contain the following components:
1. Dual mono LM3875 (audiosector kit)
2. Two 160 VAC toroids
3. One Audiosector NOS DAC
4. One Squeezebox (as transport)

I have really struggled to figure out how to wire everything to avoid hum, electrocution or worse. Please will someone review the attached PDF and let me know what changes I should make. I am unclear on how to wire the Plitron dual secondary transformer to the rectifier board. This is a link to the plitron schematic http://www.plitron.com/pages/Products/Std/schemati.htm

Also what should the rating should the resisors be that sepaearte the amp ground from the chassis?

10ohms should be fine.
