Any good subs. for these two FETs? Thanks!

Hi, I know these parts are avalaible at http://pacificsemi.com/index.html

$0.99 and $0.77 each. Minimum order is $25.00 and they ship very fast
Ordered many time from their store and they are great.

The only sub I found is 2SJ221 for IRF9540
