Will they give you your money back in the electronics store?

I have had a few long discussions with electronics store, but finally they agreed to return money from already soldered chips(what they do not normally do) after I showed both original and questionable parts disassembled.
Already have my amps working and waiting for MiniDSP for active setup .

Name the company and maybe all our local Forum Members will give them some business.
