Yeah, it's me again

Will the voltage regulators MC7815CT and MC7915CT also do the job?
I have a bunch of them at hand. Can't source the ones that are stated on the PS schematic.

Well, I'm glad you guys are having so much fun with your project.

I don't mind that I missed the chance at a set of boards to participate in this project, I understand it I was too late or if Canada is too far away.

But - I do mind that there was no response at all to either my postings or my emails. This is, after all, a PUBLIC forum.

Anyway, I hope it turns out well for those of you who are building this unit.
