Did you decap a STK module? Wow, please tell me more about that!
I had some STK modules a while ago, but their distortion figures kind of put me off, then i discovered LM3875/LM3886 chips and havent looked back.

Default My new amp

Hey, I should have a new one for you shortly. It's my first attempt and includes:
- 2x TDA7294 amplifier module
- headphone amplifier (redcircuits schematic, not installed yet)
- ~200W flyback SMPS with TOP249

It's a work in progress and a little crowded inside, but as far as I can tell, both speaker and headphone amplifiers sound good.

Talking My new LM3875 chipamp

I finally finished my first amp!
It is based on the LM3875 Amplifier Kit from Audiosector.
I am using a Nuvotem 225VA 18V toroid.

The sound is amazing, and very detailed compared to my old integrated Yamaha amp!

Very nice and clean design, how does it sound? HAve you thought to add more caps to power supply or that design just fits your needs just the way it is?

(it seems like a dummy question LOL, sorry... )

That is a fantastic case, especially that venting! Where did you find it, if you don't mind me asking?
